What we do
- we provide
- up to 10 excellent wines
- cellar manager for the service and control of those wines
- take pre-event orders
- collect payment for wines ordered using our own staff and mobile streamline units
- close down the cellar and security seal return wines
- organise the delivery and collection of any remaining wines
It's our responsibility to make sure we get paid for the wine sold during the evening.
You get
- wines suitable for the menu
- an agreed commission per bottle of wine sold
- relief from the whole stocking / selling / getting the money process
What we need
to brief your team of 'wine waiters' they do not
have to know any more than how to take wine to the table but may of course,
depending on your event, pour wine for your guests.
